Returns and Return Policy

If 30 days have lapsed post purchase, all sales are considered final.  Please keep your receipt or original proof of purchase in the event a return request is needed.  Please contact us at lisao1311@gmail.com in order to initiate a return request transaction.  Upon inspection and receipt by seller, we will notify you if your merchandise was approved and returned.   If approved, your refund will be applied to your credit card or original payment method.  Birdie's Beads reserves the right and has final decisions on return approvals.  More details will be provided via email post return request.
